Check out the Bluray cover art for Hop!

E.B., the Easter Bunny’s teenage son (Russell Brand), heads to Hollywood, determined to become a drummer in a rock ‘n’ roll band. In LA, he’s taken in by Fred (James Marsden) after the out-of-work slacker hits E.B. with his car.

Coming to Blu-ray and DVD on March 23rd, the disc will include an all-new, never-before-seen, music-filled mini-movie, plus extensive bonus features and interactive games. Also included is an UltraViolet copy, the revolutionary new way for consumers to collect movies and TV shows by storing them in the cloud to instantly stream and download to computers, tablets and smart phones.

Just some of the features: Phil’s Dance Party — An all-new mini-movie starring fan-favorite chicks Phil and Carlos. Phil eats so much candy that he crashes, leaving Carlos to perform a solo of the big dance finale…the Merengue!; The World of HOP; and All Access with Cody Simpson — The best-selling teenage heartthrob performs the film’s catchy theme song, “I Want Candy” and attends the HOP world premiere, his first Hollywood movie red carpet event.

James Marsden Reveals Brand Dressed Up

James Marsden has revealed that co-star Russell Brand dressed up as an Easter Bunny whilst filming their new movie Hop.

Marsden stars in the movie while Brand voices the character of the Easter Bunny and the Brit was more than happy to help his co-star out during filming.

Speaking on the Today Show, Marsden said: “We did get to work together when Russell was doing his preliminary recordings.

“And then I asked him to dress up as an actual Easter Bunny on set, off camera, and he was just a gracious actor and happy to be there for that.”

We haven’t see Marsden on the big screen since he starred in Death At a Funeral last year – although he did lend his voice to Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore .

He has also completed work on Nailed, which teams him up with Jake Gyllenhaal and Jessica Biel as well as filmmaker David O.Russell.

The actor is also set to star in Straw Dogs alongside Alexander Skarsgard and Kate Bosworth.

Hop is released 1st April.
